Students are shortlisted based on their CGPA. After they have to appear L&T Infotech first round.
Round 1: Online written test
Online Written Test, this round has total of 4 different section and student needs to clear all of them to proceed to next Round.
Group Discussion Round (Optional)
Once the student has cleared the Round -1 of L&T Online Written Test, they become eligible for the 2nd of selection process which is Group Discussion Round (GD). In this round a group of 8 to 12 student are seated in a Round table way and are given random topics to discuss about. Topics can very from Politics to Sports to even Current affair. Skills like Vocabulary, Leadership and General knowledge are may tested in this round.
Technical Interview Process
For every interview, L&T technical round plays a key role to get placement in the company. This is the round where many of the candidates rejected.
