What is Flipkart GRiD 7.0 Hiring Process?
Step 1: Profile Based Screening
- After registration, candidates are shortlisted based on academic details and resume.
- This is not a coding round, selection is based on your profile strength.
Step 2: Online Coding Round
- 90 minute test consisting of 3 coding problems.
- Languages allowed: C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- This round checks logical thinking, DSA skills, and problem solving speed.
Step 3: Case Study Round
- Participants receive a real world Flipkart problem.
- Expected to submit a full solution, including code, logic, approach, and optionally a demo/prototype.
- Evaluated on innovation, feasibility, and tech skills.
Step 4: National Finals (Onsite)
- Top 48 participants are invited to Flipkart HQ, Bangalore.
- Teams are created (4 per team), and each team gets a live business/tech problem to solve in 24 hours.
