Round 2: Group Discussion Round:
We were divided into different groups of 8 and were given a specific topic for discussion. Mostly these topics were related to day to day activities. Our group was asked to discuss “Globalization"- a blessing or a curse.” I performed well in this round. I participated in each conversation and shared my opinion, politely, and humbly. The interviewer was judging us on our confidence and communication skills. I was selected because of my active participation and spontaneous answers, as mentioned by the recruiter.
Round 3: Technical Interview round:
This was more of a resume based round, where the interviewer scanned through my resume and asked some questions related to my studies and course. I was also asked about the knowledge I have in terms of DXC and the background of the firm. Logical questions were then asked, including learning about C, C++, and Linux, Java. This round continued for approximately 45 minutes, and the interviewer seemed happy with my performance. I was then asked to wait outside the conference hall for my last shot, that is the HR interview round.
Round 4:
HR Interview Round:
This round was the easiest and the most relaxed round of all the above ones. Here I was being asked some questions related to my personal life like What does my father do?, my hobbies, interests, whether I would like to pursue further studies, They also asked me about my understanding or knowledge about the DXC Company.
This round also went pretty well, and I got selected.
