Round 2-Group Discussion
This was a new round, to me. For this round, firstly, we were divided into a group of 5, and then we were allotted a specific topic for discussion. Mostly the topics were related to common happening in and around us. The Interviewer was judging us on the validity and accuracy of our discussion points. The overall logic behind this round was to check our communication and convincing ability. I was confident about my selection of words and made equal participation in each activity.
The result was declared after an hour, and I selected and eventually called for the third round.
Round 3- Technical Interview
The technical interview round was more of resume based round. The interviewer glanced through my mark sheets and the entire resume and accordingly started asking questions on what all that was written in my resume. Some in detail and some briefly. They also asked me about my favorite subject, which is my strength and, a few in-depth questions related to that subject. Then, I was asked about the past projects I did at the time of my internship, and a couple of questions on that.
I somehow managed to stay confident and answered each question patiently and correctly. The interviewer seemed happy with my performance and asked me to wait for the HR Interview round.
Round 4- HR Interview round
After the technical interview, the interviewer then took my HR interview. This was the most relaxing and stress-free round where he asked some personal questions like,
- Are any of your relatives associated with the company?
- What are your greatest professional strengths?
- How do you feel about working in night shift?
- What is your commitment to the company?
The overall interview experience was something new for me, and it went well. Luckily all my hard work paid off well, and I was selected for the Job.
