Detailed Eligibility Criteria of GenC 2023

Cognizant GenC Eligibility Criteria

  1. Only BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech (Five-Year Integrated Course Degree) students from the 2023 batch will be admitted.
  2. Students must have a continuous academic record of 60% or higher in grades X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG (all subjects will be considered) measured as follows-
    Aggregate percent = total number of topics x total number of subjects (as of last semester’s results) 
  3. Students with outstanding debts or a break in their study of more than two years are not eligible.
  4. Recruits should have an overall aggregate score of 60 percent or higher (all subjects will be considered) and no standing arrears at the time of joining.
  5. Based on the initial scores, an aggregate for students who have applied for re-evaluation (and are awaiting results) will be calculated.
  6. The university’s standard for converting CGPA to percent will be used.
  7. Opportunities are open to Indian nationals.

Eligibility Criteria for Cognizant GenC 2022

Mandatory documents for registration:

  • The registration URL will be communicated with college TPOs, and students will be required to scan and upload the following papers into a single pdf file in order to register.
    • Resume attached with passport size photograph
    • College ID card
    • All academic documents, such as diplomas and semester grade sheets from college
    • Aadhar card is a government-issued identification card. PAN Card or Passport (front and back) (if available).

Documents for the interview:

  • During the online interview, students should bring a soft copy of the following documents:
    • Resume with a high-resolution passport-size photos (maximum of 2 pages).
      Please keep in mind that the photo should be taken against a light background and that both of the applicants’ ears must be visible.
    • College ID card
    • All academic documents, such as diplomas and semester grade sheets from college
    • Aadhar card is a government-issued identification card.
      PAN Card or Passport (front and back) (if available)
