Also, even for it’s on campus drive it has a different packages that it offers one packages ranges in between 3 to 3.5 LPA Annum, which differs from college to college. The Other package which is offered for only better colleges in India ranges more than 6.5 LPA Annum.

Cognizant Recruitment Pattern for Freshers Off Campus
Cognizant generally doesn’t conduct its off campus drive but it recruits via AMCAT Employability Test.
First you have to register for the test on AMCAT website and give the test, based on the scores many different companies like CTS, Wipro, NTT Data, Microsoft etc will try send emails after shortlisting on basis of your AMCAT Score for Interview at their offices.
For 6.5 LPA profile there is no Off Campus Drive at all.

We suggest for Engineering Branches that students must choose computer programming(If they want to apply for IT jobs in companies like Accenture, Zs Associates, mPhasis etc.
- For CSE and IT – Computer Programming and Computer Science.
- For ECE – Telecommunication, Electronics and Semiconductors + Computer Programming
- For EEE – Electrical Engineering + Computer Programming. Can also give Electronics and Semiconductors if confident.
- For Mech – Mechanical Engineering + Computer Programming. Can also give Metallurgical Engineering if confident.
- For Chemical – Chemical Engineering + Computer Programming. Can also give any one of paint, polymer, chemistry if confident.
- Civil Engineering – Civil Engineering + Computer Programming.
For Management – Electrical Engineering and if you want can also give Electronics and Semiconductors
List – Banking & Financial Services, Marketing, Human Resources (HR), Operations, Basic Statistics
For Management choose any 2 subjects from above.
There is also a Aspiring Minds Personality Inventory (AMPI) test which is also mandatory.
Once, Cognizant Shortlists you basis on the scores in Logical, English Verbal and Quants.
They will send you email about the Coding test.
This coding test you can give from home. But, the audio, screen video and web cam video of your face and hands will be recorded.
If you clear this round, they will call you for the interview round at one of their campuses.
