This year MindTree visited our college for on-campus placements. We were informed that the eligibility criteria for MindTree recruitment is 65% and above in 10th, 12th, and graduation. My scorecard fulfilled this criterion and so I was permitted to attend the placement process. The selection process consisted of three rounds:

Round 1- Online Test
Mindtree written test was based on AMCAT format. Since I had already prepared for AMCAT on PrepInsta, I confidently appeared for the test. In this round, we had following sections:
No. of questions
Time (in minutes)
The details of each written test are as follows:
- Quantitative Ability
This section had questions on algebra, percentage, number system, profit and loss, time, work, and distance, ratio proportion, mixtures, arithmetic, permutation and combination, and probability.
Questions related to synonyms, antonyms, sentence correction, and completion were asked in this section.
- Logical Ability
Coding and decoding, seating arrangements, syllogism, and puzzles related questions were there in this section.
- Coding Test
Two coding questions were given in this section for which I had to write code in C.
- Print all the prime numbers which are below the given number separated by a comma.
- Remove all the vowels from a given string using pointers concept.
The written was online, so, the scores were revealed immediately. Fortunately, I cleared the written test and was shortlisted for the technical interview round.
